Michelle Mistretta, owner of Hudson Valley Massageworks graduated from The Fingerlakes School of Massage in 2012. Since then she has been practicing massage therapy in Westchester and Dutchess counties. She has experience with many different conditions and has specialized in a multitude of modalities. She has furthered her training in myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, oncology, stretch therapy, cupping therapy, prenatal massage, is very skilled at giving deep tissue. Michelle took additional training and developed her skills in lymphatic scaring and special surgeries. She carefully evaluates her clients and customizes a massage and/or plan suited to their needs. Michelle is kind, caring, and a true professional in the field. Her interest in bodywork was sparked when she started receiving regular massage to treat a chronic sports injury. It amazed her how underestimated this form of healing was. It became a passion of hers to share the healing properties massage provides. After becoming an important factor in her clients self-care routine she makes it her mission that they leave her table not only feeling relief and relaxation but to help them achieve an overall healthy lifestyle. Michelle offers deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, stretch therapy, reflexology, myofascial release, sports, prenatal, swedish, acupressure, trigger point, hot stone/coldstone, mini-treatments and many add-ons to choose from. Jessica Katzowitz, LMT

 As a former competitive cyclist and college swimmer, Jessica always found herself massaging her fellow athlete friends. Her gift of touch was something she felt needed to be shared. In 1997 she left her job in the biotechnology field to fulfill her passion to become a massage therapist. That year she completed her training at the Swedish Institute in NYC and became a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. In 2013 after practicing massage for 16 years, she took her combined science and massage background to a new level when she began teaching at the Fingerlakes School of Massage in Mount Kisco NY. She taught various subjects including kinesiology, anatomy and physiology, medical massage, and other massage modalities. After the closing of FLSM in 2019 and the onset of the Covid 19 pandemic, Jessica began teaching kinesiology virtually in a massage program at a vocational school located in Manhattan. With her combined gift of touch and vast scientific background, she is capable of treating most ailments including: neck pain, lower back issues, carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder injuries, TMJ Dysfunction, and tennis elbow. She is also certified in Prenatal Massage, Mastectomy Massage and Cupping Therapy. With over 25 years of massage experience, Jessica is still in love with what she does. Her empathy for her clients has created many incredible energetic connections that she wouldn't trade for anything. Her work is therapeutic and deeply relaxing.
